Što podrazumijeva Telemedicina?
Telemedicina, odnosno online konzultacije s liječnikom je usluga u sklopu osiguravajućeg pokrića za koje su se klijenti odlučili prilikom zaključenja ugovora i automatski je uključena u odabrani paket osiguranja. Omogućene su dvije konzultacije godišnje s liječnicima iz široke UNIQA mreže zdravstvenih ustanova, u terminima po izboru klijenta i to telefonom ili video pozivom.
Korištenje online konzultacija je vrlo jednostavno:

Potrebno se registrirati na platformu Mavie Telemed i unijeti potrebne podatke. Temeljem unesenih podataka, klijent sam može odabrati željene opcije i zakazati termine konzultacija.
- Online konzultacije s liječnikom pokrivaju širok spektar zdravstvenih tegoba. Tijekom konzultacija, pacijenti mogu dobiti savjete, dijagnozu i preporuke za liječenje različitih bolesti.
Usluga Telemedicine je omogućena u partnerstvu s Mavie Telemed, servisom koji je razvijen uz podršku UNIQA grupe. Inovativna platforma već doseže više od milijun pacijenata širom Europe. Kompanija koja stoji iza Mavie razvija i primjenjuje inovativna rješenja koja se bave izazovima u zdravstvenoj zaštiti.

8% discount on the insurance premium for CASCO Insurance when Civil Liability Insurance is contracted in UNIQA.

Single payment bonus
10% discount for a single payment of the entire premium.
Bonus "Newly Insured Vehicle":
10% discount for new UNIQA CASCO customers who have not contracted CASCO Insurance policy with UNIQA in the last 24 months.

Bonus “No damages”
10% discount for one year without damages.
20% discount for two years without damages.
35% discount for three or more years without damages.
For Basic CASCO
The total amount of all discounts (bonuses) cannot exceed 20%
In case of no damages for three or more years, the total amount of all discounts (bonuses) cannot exceed 35%, subject to prior authorization from the Head Office of UNIQA AD. Based on a detailed risk analysis for each corporate client, the above % discount and the deductible amount may be changed.
All discounts are charged on the current CASCO Tariff at the time of insurance contracting.
